SubTrades is a trading journal and analytics tool for personal use. It is not a broker, investment advisor, or financial services provider. Nothing on SubTrades constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any investment. Trading in financial instruments carries significant risk.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You retain ownership of all trade data you import or enter. You grant SubTrades a limited licence to process and store that data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.
SubTrades is provided "as is". We are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on information shown in the Service. Use the Service as a journaling and reflection tool only.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
