CSV tradebook upload

Turn your Upstox tradebook into a trading psychology journal

Upstox imports by tradebook CSV. One export from the reports section carries your history, so SubTrades can read months of behaviour from your first upload.

What SubTrades finds in an Upstox tradebook

Your tradebook already records the behaviour. Timestamps show when you re-entered after a stop-out. Position sizes show when confidence outran your edge. Hold times show which losers you kept on hope. SubTrades reads those fields and reports seven patterns, each dated and priced in rupees, without you tagging a single trade.

Common questions

How do I export my Upstox trade history?

In Upstox, open Reports, then Trade History, choose your date range, and click Download CSV. Upload that file to SubTrades without changing it.

Does SubTrades support Upstox API sync?

Not yet. Upstox is CSV upload today, while Dhan and Groww have API sync. Because the Upstox export includes your full history, your first upload still gives SubTrades months of trades to analyse.

Can I upload Upstox and another broker's trades together?

Yes. If you trade across brokers, upload each one. SubTrades keeps them in a single history, which matters because behaviour such as revenge trading often runs across accounts rather than staying inside one.

Trading across more than one broker? Upload or connect each. SubTrades keeps them in one history, which matters because behaviour tends to run across accounts. See the full overview.
